CSAB-2020 has processed all the refunds, majority of the transactions were successful and eligible candidates have received the same. However, there are few candidates for whom refunds were returned by the bank due to discrepancy in their account details or due to other reasons. Such candidates were given a chance to update their account details on CSAB-2020 portal during 2th January-2021 to 5th February -2021. However, still there are 184 candidates as listed below have not updated their Bank account details. Such candidates are required to update their Bank account details Mandatorily between 26th February-2021 to 7th March, 2021. The candidates are required to follow the steps listed below to update their Bank Account details:
a. Check their Application number in the list provided.
b. Login to the CSAB-2020 portal using their credentials.
c. Update their bank details carefully

Complete Bank Account Number
d. Upload a copy of a CANCELLED CHEQUE of the above account
Candidate’s requests to update the Bank details via Email/SMS/WhatsApp/Phone will not be entertained.
i. Before proceeding for account update, candidates are advised to recheck their bank account (details provided earlier) for any credit of CSAB refund.
ii. Candidates who do not find any discrepancy in their account details are required to provide the details of a different bank account which should be an active account.
iii. The candidates should preferably provide the details of bank account other than a Jan-Dhan bank account.
