INTRODUCTION
After the JoSAA 2026 rounds conclude, any vacant seats in the NIT+ System will be filled through CSAB Special Rounds conducted via the official CSAB portal (https://csab.nic.in). Like 2025, this year CSAB-Special and DASA have been brought under one umbrella. DASA & CSAB-Special 2026 shall have two rounds of seat allocation. Interested candidates must complete fresh registration, noting that all processes – including registration, choice filling/locking, seat allotment, and fee payment differ from JoSAA procedures. The document verification for DASA candidates shall be done prior to seat allotment. The same for CSAB candidates shall be done during the rounds.
